Management Mode On Six Sigma Of Chinese Import And Export Aquatic Products Cold-chain Logistics

The development of Chinese aquatic products foreign trade has attracted worldwide attention in recent years. But with the improvement of people's health consciousness, more and more countries attach importance to food safety. And many governments and international organizations take the lead in food safety management study and laws'establishment. As a result, aquatic products'safety problem has also become a bottleneck of export, which has influenced customers'trust and our image in international market, even makes direct economic loss. Because of our export aquatic products quality and frequent friction, this paper researches how to use Six Sigma cold chain logistics management to improve the quality of aquatic products in order to enhance international competitiveness, which is from the perspective of aquatic products cold chain logistics.The main content of this thesis research includes analysis of the development and characteristics of Chinese import and export aquatic products logistics, discussion of cold-chain logistics quality, integrate research of cold chain and quality chain, and introduction of Six Sigma to improve import and export aquatic products cold chain logistics. This thesis constructs SIPOC process of import and export aquatic products cold-chain logistics and analyzes the potential quality problems in the process, then conclude that the quality of staff, logistics equipment and facilities, operating norms, management systems, information systems and the quality safety of aquatic products affect the quality of import and export aquatic products cold chain logistics, thereby it uses Six Sigma methods (DMAIC) on import and export of aquatic products and logistics services to improve cold chain. Finally, this thesis applies Six Sigma DMAIC model on the export of fish products cold chain logistics.
