In recent years, food safety problems and frequent makes consumers was very concerned about the quality and safety of aquatic products, and aquatic products cold chain logistics as provide assurance of safe and high quality products, the aquatic products cold chain logistics demand has increased year by year, the cold chain requirements are also getting higher and higher. On the basis of the research actuality of extensive reading and comprehensive analysis of domestic and international aquatic products cold chain logistics and cold chain logistics demand, put forward to the research problem and the ideas of this paper. Based on the analysis of the development status, the basic model and the existing problems of the cold chain logistics of Yantai City, it is necessary to study the development of cold chain logistics of aquatic products.Through the analysis of the research object, mainly through the demand of aquatic products cold chain logistics forecast, selected aquatic products production, urban residents per capita disposable income, gross domestic product(GDP), level of consumption of urban residents, road freight, highway freight turnover amount as indicators of the effects of cold chain logistics demand. Through access to a large number of statistical data, the first ten years of data collection and collation. After the use of gray correlation analysis for the standardization of data sequences, with the help of Matlab to calculate the correlation degree, select the correlation degree of factors as the key factors. Then, according to the idea of stepwise regression, the model was revised by using the statistical analysis software of SPSS, and the prediction model of the best goodness of fit was determined. At last,based on the independent variable grey forecast predicted results were substituted into the multiple regression model to predict the next five years to cold chain logistics demand is on the rise, should take corresponding measures to meet this trend.The research of this paper is of great significance to predict the cold chain logistics demand of Yantai City, and promote the development of the cold chain logistics industry.In predicting that the foundation in the cold chain logistics demand over the next five years,Yantai City for the actual situation, from the new operation mode of government regulation,cold chain logistics park, logistics park information platform construction and cold chain logistics technical equipment and facilities of the improvement of the four aspects of the proposed rationalization proposals.
