Successful Features Of Female Scientists

This paper first discussed the background and necessity to analysis the female scientists' success feature, then elaborated the research framework, the study factors and research methods to analyzed the characteristics of successful female scientists, and based on the current successful principles, the paper analyzes 10 female scientists who won the Nobel science prize In the 20th century, about 40 Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering academician and the case of 14 female scientists in different regions of the world, and based on the own factors of the female scientists , that is the Talent(the level of been educated, the breadth of knowledge and The ability to treat family and career, perseverance, insight, the concept of gender status), Emotion (the scientific spirit, ambition, research interests, intuitive thinking), potential (cooperation) and social environmental factors to organize, summarize, analyze, to extract the success factors from female scientists, then the paper analyzed from the traditional concept , instilling awareness, impediment of family and the lack of legal system and other social environmental factors, Finally ,the study found out the social factors which influence the development of female scientists .Therefore, this paper raises that we should promote exchanges and cooperation through the establishment of female science and technology exchange platform ; Guide women engaged in heir line of work which is related to the gender,; Strengthen exchange study, broaden the horizon and enhance the understand and support between the couples. Additional to the series of measures to improve women's own ability , at the same time, the system tendency should also be eliminated from the external environment, provide the appropriate policies, create a good technology environment, strengthen the guide of family and correct the traditional concepts to lessen the impediment of social environment which obstruction the female scientists.
