This research embarks on the production and development of lose-land farmer in the process of country urbanization advancement, has discussed, in the urbanized advancement, what lose-land farmers losses and loses, not only is the land, but also the employment post, the residential building and the social security, and thus loses the low costing life and developing way which is used to maintain their family surviving and developing. Lose-land farmer has already become our country's new weak community. we have not had a good resettlement for our lose-land famers in china; the problemes of short-term and inequality as well as the difficuilties in employment and re-employment after they losing land and lack of necessary social security in the process of resettlement have seriously affected the landless peasants of the survival and development. To solve the question of lose-land farmer's resettlement has become a key point in the process of dealing with lose-land farmer's problem.Combined the lose-land famer resettlement experience of developde counries, for our country, we should base on the theory of constructing and consummating social security system of lose-land farmer, specifically we should:1. to safeguard the interests of farmers and raise the compensation standard; 2. the establishment of multi-funding mechanism of social insurance; 3. to promote landless famers employment and better the construction of the labor market; 4. to regulate the action of requistioning land; 5. to strengthen the funtion of the land circulation and gain; 6. to choose many kinds of settlement ways sufficiently; 7. to establish the lose-land famer's social security system.
