Study On Advantages And Mode Of Technology Innovation In SME Cluster

In seriously competing market, the technology innovation in SME cluster can effectively solve the problems and difficulties that exist in technology innovation of single SME. This paper mainly focuses on the advantages and mode of technology innovation in SME cluster, in order to provide an effective suggestion for SME cluster, and to improve the technology innovation in SME cluster.The first part is about the research background of SME cluster, which concludes that technology innovation is an important way to improve the competence of SME. Second part studies the theoretical base of technology innovation in SME cluster, including the theories of SME and technology innovation. Then this chapter focuses on the study of technology innovation in SME cluster, and defines the technology innovation chart. Then this paper studies the advantages of technology innovation in SME cluster based on former research, such as the environment advantages, resource advantages and cooperation advantages. The forth part points that the satisfaction of customer and innovation efficiency are keys of success for SME technology innovation based on study, so it introduces a new dynamic technology innovation mode, and studies the characteristics and advantages of different steps of this dynamic mode. In this part it also suggests that SME cluster take advantage of information network to enhance the ability of dynamic technology innovation. The last part is the research on the technology innovation of Shaoxing SME cluster, mainly studying the advantages of its technology innovation, and put forward the corresponding and rational suggestions.
