With the globalization of market competition, the theory and the practice of Supply Chain Management(SCM) have win more and more attention from academe and corporations.Establishing supply chain strategy and implementing efficient supply chain management are deemed to key success factors for corporations in the 21st century.Supply Chain Performance Analysis and Evaluation(SCPAE) is the feedback of the supply chain strategy and basic of the efficient supply chain management. As the method and tool, Supply Chain Performance Analysis and Evaluation System(SCPAES) is one of the key components of the SCM theory and the key means to guide corporations to implement SCPAE successfully. Therefore, it makes academic and practical sense to research on SCPAES.The Research of this dissertation focuses on the following aspects:1. The Research of the construction theory of SCPAES.Based on the definition of SCPAES, the eight basic elements of SCPAES are defined and explained. The design principle and approaches of SCPAES are presented and the implementation principle of SCPAE is summarized.2. The Establishment of SCPAES for manufacturing supply chain which names MSC-PAES.The model construction for MSC-PAES is carried out from multi-dimension, multi-hiberarchy and multi-angel.The index system of MSC-PAES is composed by 120 indexes from eight aspects. The method of MSC-PAES is explained, analyzed and chosen.3. SCPAE on a domestic diesel oil engine manufacturing corporation using MSC-PAES.The analysis and evaluation process of logistic status of supply chain is mainly expatiated and the improving advices are given, which proves the feasibility of the theory.
