LSDZ Company is one of the biggest and most profitable companies in China that manufacture the analysis instruments for the environmental monitoring. In 1999, the company achieved the ISO9001 quality system accredation and established the fundamental quality management system. Since then, the company has greatly improved the level of management. But now, aiming to be the best one, the ISO9001 is not enough, the company must improve the quality management system continuously. So the paper does a research of the improvement of the quality management system in the company.The paper starts from the introduction of the company, focusing on the exterior environment, human resource and customer management etc., analyzing the questions of the existing quality management system. Then, the chief improving strategy of the quality management system is introduced, that is, on the basis of the improving the human resource management, customer management etc, combining the idea of the total quality management, to decide the right route of the improvement of the quality system. At last, the paper gives the solution to how to improve the quality management system of the company, for instance, the KPI and continuous improvement system.I hope the research can contribute the improvement of the management in LSDZ, and then can make the company more powerful in the market.
