Research On The Supply Logistics System Of Coal Enterprise

As china has entered WTO and global marketing has been formed, various Chinese trades are being faced with the enormous challenge. As a part of Chinese trades, the coal enterprise is also being faced with the unprecedented competition and challenge. The whole logistics operation level of coal enterprise influences the level of product cost of coal enterprise when their products participate in the competition of the international market. The use and turnover of store funds in the coal enterprise are concerned with the use and turnover of current funds, which influences the economic performance and competition of coal enter prise.Thesis analyses the development tendency of foreign and China logistics fields at first,and introducing the current situation of coal enterprise logistics domestic. Thesis concluded the characters of the supply logistics system of coal enterprise, and the structure of it on the base of this, analyses the connotations and targets, also discusse the situation, problems, improve methods of purchase strategy,delivery system and inventory control aspects etc. Thesis set up the explanation structure model of system optimization, discuss the MRPⅡpurchase mode and research the selection methods of supply merchants. Base on above research, draw a conclusion from that model that procurement and inventory control are the key joint of the system. And then the thesis works on the procurement model and the inventory control model of coal enterprise emphatically. At last,the thesis combine company innovate achievement and experience discuss the main contents and details models of coal enterprise logistics in new condition, provide the using for reference to coal enterprise logistics development in practise directions.
