A Study On Evaluation Of Land Consolidation

This paper focuses on land consolidation. Above all, based on the analysis of the condition of making use of land in our country as well as Langfang , the author confirms the aspects of this paper. And then the author elaborates on the correlative methods of land consolidation, and all of these above make a foundation for the later demonstration. Based on the key point of designing means used for the land consolidation, the author uses the methods to design an evaluating system. Furthermore, the system includes entire estimate and functionality estimate, which discuss the qualitative methods and quantitive methods in detail. Meanwhile, the system also provides perfect material for the land consolidation of Langfang.Divided into four parts, this paper adopts the qualitative methods and quantitive methods as a whole. First, the author introduces the target, background and technology of the research. And then the second part explains the theory of land estimate and consolidation. Subsequently, the author study and testify the utilizing estimate of land in Langfang. Finally, integrating the estimating result of the third part, this paper proposes detailed suggestion for the utilizing estimate of land in Langfang.
