The second chapter emphasizes definition of CDM, creation background, economy system, function, purpose...etc., in the meantime expound making use of CDM, implement at China, in the wind power of application advantage etc. In the following paragraph analyse local present condition of wind power from local resources storage, resources development current conditions, local wind power development present condition, wind power future development foreground 4 aspect. And in the aspects of domestic CDM carrying into execution lead into the SWOT analysis method. In chapter 4 it mainly analyse the financing condition and contradiction, interpose the financing case at the wind power plant, through identify of items, investment analysis, finance contrast analysis, sensitivity analysis method, it carry through economy analysis of CDM at wind power items. From the PDD designing in Kangbao Wolong wind power plant of Hecic New-energy it explain CDM at our country wind power item of application in the 5 chapter, and I hope that can give us concrete and particular understanding, in order to promote more extensive application at CDM in the wind power items.
