BasedUnited Nations Framework Convention on Climate, the protocol made some particularstipulation of reduce emissions to alleviate the climatic change. In this protocol, Cleandevelopment mechanism(CDM) is the most important for developing countries,because enterprises of developing country could get fund and advanced technicalsupport form developed country through this international cooperation, and reduces thecarbon dioxide emissions. The first part main introduced the background of choose thetopical, the meaning of research, the status of wind resources in china，the situation ofCDM research in at home and abroad, and the like. The second chapter introduced thePolicy Background, Feasibility, Necessity and Schedule of Dong Hai Bridge OffshoreWind Farm Project. And come to a conclusion that the project is worth to invest. Thethird part analysed some key point in project, such as baseline, amount of emissionreduction, and so on. n chapter4, it mainly assessed the effect of CDM application ineconomy, society and environment field. At last, analysed the potential risk like thisproject and gave some advice. I hope through it, we can understand the benefit ofCDM in wind power project and promote the application in china.
