Along with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, science and technology-based knowledge economy is the rapid development of the world, knowledge-based industries in the industrial structure in increasing the proportion of the labour structure has been a fundamental change in human capital and knowledge capital has become a competitive advantage resources. Competition among enterprises, knowledge creation, use and value-added, knowledge-based ultimately have to rely on employees to achieve. Therefore, the era of knowledge economy Human Resource Management object is the core of knowledge workers. In recent years, more and more enterprises, particularly in consulting, IT and other high representative for the knowledge-based enterprises, widespread lack of incentives, high-level management and technical staff quit frequent phenomenon.
