With the information age coming and the technology of Internet developing, the knowledge staff has become the main impetus and success factors to promote the Internet enterprise developing rapidly. The competition between the enterprises, which enterprises could have long-term stable development in the new generation with information technology revolution, it depends on the management and application for knowledge workers, and it’s different of these companies to the traditional resource-based enterprises, for the knowledge staff becoming the enterprise assets and the main driving force of the enterprise value growth, and the knowledge staff becomes more and more important in the development.In recent years, the enterprise pay more attention to employee satisfaction, by dividing dimensions of satisfaction survey more meticulously, but it has just solved some surface problems, therefore this paper tries to interpret the motivation from employee behavior to the employee satisfaction. By using the lender work motivation theory of Michael klein, this paper divides work motivation into achievement motive, power motive and affinity these three motives respectively, and studies the influence to the three kinds of work motivation to the employee satisfaction, and also takes the influence of the different personal attributes to work motivation into account by adding the staff personal attributes as regulation variables. It not only has better reference value and practical significance for improving the employee satisfaction by taking work motivation factors as a reference for the recruitment, training and the using process, but also have certain reference value to other enterprise.This paper mainly divided into five chapters. The first chapter, the introduction, introduces the background, significance, the definition of problems and the content and the logical structure. The second chapter is research and achievements of the relevant literature about knowledge workers, work motivation and employee satisfaction. The third chapter is study design, including the theoiy research model, the research hypotheses and research methods. The fourth chapter is about the analysis and research for the results. The fifth chapter is research conclusion and advices for the human resources management.
