Knowledge is the key factor to obtain competitive advantage in the current economic development.It is not only a key factor to enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises,and is also a key factor to promote the development of national economy.In today’s complex,changeable and unpredictable environment,knowledge is particularly important to the development of the country.Knowledge economy has become a trend which cannot be halted and makes the information and communication technology develop rapidly,is possible to acquiring knowledge and information cheaply and quickly,increases the speed of technological development,produces the new demand and consumption.In the course of the development of knowledge economy,it emerges a new form of labor that is knowledge worker to create new knowledge,which is different with ordinary employees in many ways.The output of knowledge workers is not specific,measural and measurable merchandise,but is abstract,non measurable and estimated knowledge,concept,and innovation.This puts forward the new request to the management in the incentive management.Just like the knowledge for enterprises and countries,knowledge workers become an important factor in the development of enterprises.How to motivate knowledge workers to create more value for enterprises to become the focus of research in recent years.This paper mainly studys the incentive problem of knowledge workers based on utility function,uses the form of questionnaire to investigate the incentive satisfaction and incentive effect of knowledge workers,uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the status of knowledge workers’ incentive satisfaction,and identifies the main factors of knowledge workers through factor analysis,uses multiple statistical regression method to estimate the utility function of knowledge workers.Based on the above,the incentive measures for knowledge workers are put forward.Firstly,After sorting and analyzing the collected data,this paper divides the evaluation of satisfaction into nine grades: “extremely satisfied” to “extremely dissatisfied”,determines the values for the weights of the evaluation according to the relative weight of each evaluation index,evaluates incentive satisfaction degree by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.The evaluation results is general in the current,incentive satisfaction level of knowledge worker remains to be further enhance.Secondly,according to the general results of the level of incentive satisfaction that uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,this paper finds out the incentive factors which can effectively improve the incentive effect of the knowledge worker.Using the factor analysis method,the incentive utility model of knowledge workers is reduced to obtain the incentive utility model,and the multivariate statistical analysis method is used to estimate the incentive utility function of knowledge workers.Finally,according to the incentive utility function of knowledge workers,knowledge workers have higher effectiveness in four aspects: work motivation,personal growth,enterprise culture and material incentive.This paper puts forward to incentive measures aiming at the four aspects to maximize the incentive effectiveness of knowledge workers and enhance the incentive effect.
