Research On The Influence Of Incubator On Enterprise Innovation Performance From The Perspective Of Platform

With the evolution of rapid development of knowledge economy and information technology,an important carrier and tool calls business incubator,as a support for technological innovation,promote the development of new industries,its concepts,functions,service modes are evolving,showing a new trend and characteristics,the mode of business incubator from the closed to the open.In the current,enterprise innovation originates from a mutual exchange,mutual learning interactive platform,through business incubators and financial support institutions,regulation services institutions,production support institutions,government agencies and other research support institutions,namely innovation has shown as a kind of open network model.Based on the analysis of literature and theory of incubator,this paper holds that business incubator is composed of enterprises and technology service institutions,built on the rules of the bilateral market platform;business incubator is using service oriented strategy,integrates resource and services of external technology,enhances firm performance;a large number of innovative resources exists in the network between the incubator and technology service institutions,in the final cluster of enterprises innovation network,incubating enterprises and technology service institutions through business incubator,through the skills and complementary resources to make up the defects of incubator's innovation,enhances innovation performance of incubating enterprises.Based on the analysis of the existing domestic and foreign literature,this paper considers from the micro perspective of enterprises innovation network,selects three dimensions: bolting connection,coupling span,position centrality.This paper discusses the relationship of enterprise innovation network,incubator service orientation and firm performance.To build a model that the incubator oriented strategy for the adjustment of innovation network and performance of enterprise.This paper based on the questionnaire survey,multivariate regression analysis using SPSS18.0 statistical software,collects 162 valid questionnaires,analyzed by descriptive analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis.This paper gets the following conclusions:(1)innovation network(bolting connection,coupling span,position centrality)have positive effects on the innovation performance;(2)service orientation has a positive effect on innovation performance;(3)service orientation plays an important role in the regulation mechanism to influence innovation network(bolting connection,coupling span,position centrality)and innovation performance.
