Research On Agricultural Structure Adjustment Of Jiawang Districtin Xuzhou City

Our country is both a large agricultural nation and a large population nation.Agricultural development directly affects whether the national economy develops fast and healthily.The program for the 11^thfive year(2006-2010)proposes that the first task for national economy and social development is to develop agricultural productivity and adjust the agricultural structure and transform agricultural growth methods and sharpen the synthetical productivity and the value-increasing ability and enhance agricultural foundation status.Therefore,agricultural structure adjustment is an import action to solve the problems of low agricultural labor productivity and low industrialization and inefficient economy and weak international competition of agricultural goods.This paper constitutes of five chapters:The 1^stchapter introduces the research background,the significance,the present situation of domestic and foreign research,the research frame,the possible innovation and insufficiency.The 2^ndchapter introduces some basical theories relating to agricultural structure adjustment, including ecology theory,circulation economic theory,the comparative advantage theory,competitive advantage theory,technology advancement and industrial structure adjustment theory,system vicissitude theory and so on.The 3^rdchapter is the part of empirical analysis.Based on the collection of related data and material and the on-the-spot investigation,this part empirically analyzes the evolution and the present situation of agriculture structure adjustment in Jiawang District and states the factors affecting agriculture structure adjustment and proposes the remaining problems in Jiawang District by adopting the method of qualitative and the quantitative analysis,the historical analysis and the logical analysis.The 4^thchapter concludes the research and proposes suggestions for optimal agricultural structure promotion and agricultural development in Jiawang District.
