The Present Status Of Agricultural Structure And Discussion On The Adjustment Strategy Of Sui Yang District In Shangqiu City

Since the opening -up and reform, it has made great progress in the adjustment of its agricultural industrial structure in Suiyang District, and the agricultural industrial structure basically tended to reasonably. But facing the new situation of global economy, the great changes between supply and demand of agricultural products, and the product prices decided by markets, Suiyang District must deepen the reform in agricultural industrial structure. This article aimed at the present existence question of agriculture industrial structure in Suiyang District, the agricultural structure adjustment present situation of Suiyang District was analyzed by the method of statistic analysis and the typical survey through collecting the correlation data and the historical material, combining its agriculture present situation, and the new strategy was proposed for the agriculture structure adjustment to Suiyang District, for achieving the full display region superiority, forming the leading industry, increasing the farmer to receive, enhancing the synthesis competitive ability goal. The main conclusions in this paper were as follows:1. The result and insufficiency of the agriculture industrial structure adjustment survey in Suiyang District was outlined. 2. The question which exists in the agriculture structure adjustment of Suiyang District has been analyzed, it include that the product structure was not unreasonable, the partial agricultural products was quality bad, the geographical superiority has not been able fully to display, the agricultural products processing transformation level was low, the main enterprise scale was small, the industry degree is low, the economic efficiency was inferior, and the reason has been analyzed.3. The overall goal of agriculture industrial structure adjustment in Suiyang District should take improvement the quality and the benefit as a center, increase the farmer income as the basic goal, strengthen the agricultural product market competition strength and the promotion agriculture industry promotes as the key point, face the domestic and foreign markets, depend upon the advance in technology, further optimize the industrial structure and the region layout, speed up the two and three industrial development in countryside, promote the small cities construction and the labor force shift, comprehensively enhance agricultural and the rural economy overall quality and the benefit guiding ideology.4. The strategy of agriculture structure adjustment in Suiyang District was proposed as follow: (1) Prominent leading industry structure adjustment, cultivating scale production base; (2) vigorously developing main item enterprise and speeding up the agricultural industry management; (3) speeding up the standardization agricultural construction to enhance the agricultural competitive ability; (4) expediting the market construction and enlarging the circulation of agricultural products; (5) vigorously developing the animal husbandry, increasing the non- planter industry in the agricultural proportion; (6) adjusting the rural labor force employment structure and vigorously developing the service economy; (7) establishing the perfect service system, providing the safeguard for the agricultural structure adjustment; (8) cultivating the new peasant and unceasingly improving the worker quality; (9) enlarging the investment and strengthening the agriculture infrastructure construction; (10) The government guides and builds the loose environment for the structure adjustment.
