Research On The Adjustment And Optimization Of Agricultural Industrial Structure In Wanzhou District

It is significant for adjustment of agriculture structure by improving the efficiency of agriculture production,income of farmers and agricultural consumption.Wanzhou district,situated in the middle and upper reaches of Yangtze Rive,is the economic center of the Three Gorges Reservoir area,and of which the economy led by agriculture.The adjustment of agriculture structure is the key of the agricultural modernization.For the moment,the structure of agriculture of Wanzhou is unreasonable,which contain 64%of plant industry,but just 100%of forestry,fisheries,and related services combined.The disparity of different sectors brings about a poor efficiency of the dominate agricultural industry.Consequently,it is reasonable to be considered that the adjustment and optimization of agricultural industrial structure of Wanzhou plays an important role in accordance with the environment and the objective of agricultural development.The paper analyzes the development of the structure of planting industry,of animal husbandry,of fishery and of agricultural industry by using quantitative and qualitative methods to explore problems of structure after studied related data from 2010 to 2015 about current status of the area.The regional data are also compared with that of Chongqing City and the whole country.There are also two methods been used after the previous step,the Grey Correlation analysis and the Comparative Advantage analysis.Finally,practical suggestions will be brought up on the basis of problems and causes.The main point of the paper:expanding planting acreage and yield by optimizing the structure of planting industry;organic food is the orientation of the development of animal husbandry,for instance,herbivorous livestock.The objective is to realize the expedition of the scale of special agricultural products' production,and establish regional bands,producing agricultural products with superior quality,to stimulate local economy.Furthermore,suggestions like cultivation of late-model farmers,improving the quality of agricultural producers,implementation of the science and technology strategy,supporting the agricultural products processing enterprises,and promoting the industrialization of agriculture would be provided in this paper.
