Study On Northeast Industrial Cluster Development Strategy

In the new century, the theoretical circles are paying more and more attention on the role that industrial cluster, plays on regional economic development. Research on cluster will deeply change our regional economic policy and area development stratagem. The strategic research on northeastern industrial cluster can solve the problems in our area enterprise cluster and promote the sustainable development of the area cluster economy. And it can supply new way to revitalize northeast, which is the old industrial base. Therefore, it's of important meaning to build harmonious society. The industrial cluster theory suiting our country is also enriched and improved.Using the method of linking theory and practice and comparative analysis, this thesis makes a SWOT analysis on northeastern industrial cluster, introducing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats on developing northeast industrial cluster. Based on referring the advanced experience of developing industrial cluster home and over sea, this thesis brings forward the strategic guiding which based on major equipment manufacturing,petrochemical and automotive industries to develop northeastern industrial cluster, using regional commercial method.According to the above analysis, this thesis brings forward the security measures to develop northeastern industrial cluster. We will revitalize northeast, which is the old industrial base, by building industrial cluster, and supply security measurement to develop northeastern industrial cluster from local government,intermediary service institutions and branch stratagem and the other aspects. I hope that there will be some meaning to develop northeastern industrial cluster.
