Study On Evaluation System Of Oil Security In China

Oil,so far the main energy in modern society,has already become an important basis to develop our national economy and plays a very important role in the political,economic and military safety of a nation. With the continuous and fast development of national economy,the oil consumption is surging rapidly in China. Meanwhile,The oil production went up slowly in China because of the influential factor of such as oil resource and technology,etc. Some risk factors,which will give rise to the situation of instable oil supply,are increasing as the gap between oil supply and demand widens. So oil security will become more and more rigorous in China. First,the historical origin concerning oil security theory and the situation and the trend of oil security research at home and abroad are introduced and analyzed respectively. Based on the analysis of various countries of oil security and its correlative conception,the notion of oil security is redefined in this dissertation. Second,by analyzing the situation of oil security in China,the author put forward some influential factors and established a series of index system,evaluation criterion and safe grade for evaluating oil security. The quantification of evaluating indicator and the determination of index weight-value were studied in detail in the article. To assess the situation of oil security synthetically in China,the comprehensive evaluation methods i.e. Methods of Point Rating and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) are therefore adopted in this paper. At last,the countermeasures and suggestions of oil security were brought forward on the basis of the analysis of evaluated outcomes.
