Adjustment the industrial structure of agriculture is the process in the re-production so as to meet the market demand, and continuously self-adjustment is the process to achieve maximum quantity, the best benefits, the most income in the agriculture production. Based on the systematic analysis of the natural resources and social economic and technology resources as well as the planting situation of Qianjiang economic development zone, the paper is aim to point out the main issues and principal contradiction of production, And in accordance with the development zone is located as the suburb, in light with the land use status in quo and the requirement regarding the development of modern agriculture, promotion of new rural construction and a solid overall country construction, expatiate upon the principles the adjustment schemes and the promoting goals of optimizing the planting structures. By two-year's continuously comparable experiments on three models: Rice-Rape, Rice-Purple flowering stalk and Rice-Purple flowering stalk-cucumber, the comparable experiments of main planting breed, research on high yield and high efficiency planting technique of "xinshijizhongza", this paper is trying to set down the critical steps of the Sustainable Development of Planting Industry, and try to give a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the economic, social and ecological benefits after the achievement of the development. The results showed that compared to the traditional Rice-Rape structure, no matter in the respect of economic benefits or social and ecological benefits, the best optimizing structure of Qianjiang economic development zone is Rice-Purple flowering stalk-cucumber, Rice-Purple flowering stalk is less better. "xinshijizhongza" was the best varieties of main planting Purple flowering stalk breed. It was superior to other varieties obviously in stubble cohesion, quantity and quality, disease resistance. The research on high yield and high efficiency models of Purple flowering stalk varieties "xinshijizhongza" provides the technical support for the agriculture industrial structure adjustment of the development zone.
