Research On Independent Innovation In The Resource-based City Industry Transformation

The research on resource-based city industry transformation(RCIT) has been a world topic when resource and environment problem study goes further.In China,there are lots of resource-based cities(RC) built up because of resource development,during the process of industrialization boost.In 1990,when the main RC in China turned into autumn and decline one after the other,a series of problem including politics,economy,culture and society emerged,blocks the RC sustainable development.Simply depending on the resource advantage and compare advantage without industry transformation on time,the substitution industry of RC can not develop well.Based on a big amount of reference,this dissertation summarizes the research status about RCIT and independent innovation.It discusses the main handicap of RCIT,through analyzing how the RC come into being,what the industry transformation's situation and problem is.It expatiates on the feature of RC,inevitability and impendency of industrial transformation,through analyzing concept,meaning of RCIT and independent innovation. It states that the relationship between RCIT and independent innovation is uniform and supplement.It sets up detail indicator by frequency statistic,theoretic analysis and expert consultation,to upbuilt three basic factors,and which is used to form RC industry independent innovation ability indicator system.It also put that in use and makes integration of analysis to Diao Bingshan City of Liaoning Province by Factor Analysis. Finally,recognizing the weak ability of RC independent innovation,it put forward the essence way and make countermeasure in industry adjusting,innovation input,combining among enterprise,college and research institute.All of above will help the government to make more policy to encourage RCIT independent innovation.
