In view of these facts, this article hopes to offer a theory support and method basis to research on competence of the staffs in automobile sales enterprise through competence model.This article starts with the selected topic significance, shows research aim and points out the innovation which intends to realize and research frame essentially. It lays a theory foundation for this article through giving an account of meaning and type of competence and competence model along with current situation of the research at home and abroad. Subsequently the principle, the step, the points for attention and the application condition of the competence model is carried on the elaboration. And then competence model of automobile sales consultant is built up. Afterwards expending the competence model of automobile sales consultant above, analyses and researches in detail the competence model's application into job analysis, staff advertising, staff training, performance assessing, salary management and professional career plan. Finally the corresponding research conclusion is gained, and the innovation and deficiency is pointed out simultaneously.Through the preceding research, this article has drawn the following conclusion,1) How to give consideration to both science and practicality is a question which the automobile sales enterprise's competence research and practice should be paid attention to.2) If the effect of staff competence model is to display under the ideal condition, the core competence model of the enterprise should be determined at first according to the mission, the prospect, business strategy and concept of value of the automobile sales enterprise. And then the competence model is established in the enterprise in order to adapt itself to new change and demand, the competence model should be carried on the dynamic revision to the automobile sales enterprise, in the light of the change of environment, the development of the enterprise, the requirement of the profession and condition of the staff.3) Although the competence model owns its effectiveness, it has regular limitations. |
