With the rapid development of our economy and the rising of people's living standard, automobile consumption rapidly and the competition of automobile market has been being intensified. At present, most automobile manufacturers have realized the importance of logistics management and have paid attention to the reconstruction of sales logistics system because of lacking a set of adapt sales logistic model and system support in the construction and management of market channel. Especially to the industry-leading automobile manufacturers, because their output is large and sales network is all over the country, so it's necessary to choose and build an appropriate sales logistic model and system to face the market competition. But how to choose a suitable and efficient logistics auto sales model is a realistic problem that many enterprises are facing.Through investigating domestic auto sales logistics operation mode, this paper puts forward some improvement suggestions to solve the existing problems on sales logistics in automobile manufactures based on analyzing the status quo, it also tries to enhance the sales logistics management level of national automobile industry, reduce logistics costs and enhance core competitiveness.Based on the inspection a great deal of information and documentation, the survey of car manufacturers, this paper use the combination qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze Chinese automobile sales logistics further.The paper has mainly introduced the characteristic of Chinese automobile sales logistics, has analyzed the status quo, it also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages about three kinds sales model, self-run logistics, third party logistics and transition logistics pattern, and it also puts forward that third party logistics has been the trend of automobile industry sales logistics management and explains the third party automobile logistics in details. It also forecasts Chinese future sales volume, based on the forecasting result the automobile sales volume will continue keeping high rising speed.
