Studies Of Liaoning Industry Cluster And Development Strategy

In order to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to promote rapid growth in national economy, the Chinese government launched the strategy of reviving the northeastern old industrial base, which provides a historic opportunity and challenge for the revitalization of Liaoning industrial base. Taking the road of industrial cluster could help Liaoning industry to breakthrough the bottleneck that it encountered. Therefore, one of the big problems is how to overcome the restrictive factors of industrial clustering and to solve the structural and mechanical conflicts which confines further development of Liaoning industrial base.The significance of clustering for Liaoning industry relies on two folds. Firstly, improvement of clustering degree will redound to the new type industrialization process. Essentially, the industrial cluster is a new form of industrial organization, which can promote regional competitive advantage and push the local industrialization forward, via exerting the functions of enterprise network outer effects, knowledge spillover, synergy innovation, fundamental infrastructures, public service, technological innovation, and social capital. Secondly, the study on industrial cluster may drive Liaoning province transform from a "manufacture base" to "manufacture power". As a main industrial province in China, strengthen and deepen study on industrial cluster will definitely redound to international competitiveness of Liaoning industry and help the "Made in China" products take more share in the global market.On the background of economic globalization and social transformation of China, the typical patterns of domestic and oversea industrial cluster were analyzed in this dissertation. And a new route for the cluster development of Liaoning industry was proposed to solve the problems that exist now in the development of Liaoning industry. The results obtained in this dissertation may play important roles in promoting the regional economy of Liaoning and will be useful suggestions for the governmental administrators.
