Along with the knowledge economy,the value of human capital plays an important role in the enterprise.Facing the unseen pressure and challenge from competitions,how to efficiently acquire and manage the human resource has become a key factor for enterprise to remain high speed growth and fulfill the consistent operation.It also become a significant means for enterprises to accumulate personal resources and to improve competitive abilities.Training is the effective method with which the human resource transforms to human capital,and it is a system that is composed of the training demand analysis,training design,training implememt and the training effectiveness evaluation. As to the present enterprise,the first three links are carried out effectively.But regarding the training effectiveness evaluation,although evaluation method is numerous ,the actual operation has the question that the evaluation and the practice come apart and so on .It causes that the implementation of this link is difficult to see the result. Accordingly,reaching on the topic of enterprise training effect evaluation and helping enterprise implement training effect evaluation systematically and scientifically ,has practical significanceIn view of the questions of enterprise training evaluation mentioned above,this paper apply AHP fuzzy complex evaluation to enterprise training evaluation ,which based on the objective that in line with the theoretical analysis and the practice.When choose the index,after analysing all kinds of theories not only in domestic but also aboard,eventually choose the index from a unique viewpoint ,that is the differences between evaluation body,and this made the paper more innovative and scientifical. After designing the enterprise training effect evaluation model based on AHP fuzzycomplex evaluation ,apply this model to practice.Choosing the training activities of Neusoft Group to evaluate ,which made the research more practically.Finally,the establishment of ensuring system guarantee the evaluation of training effect more smooth and effective.
