Knowledge economy has arrived , talent already appear particularly important in the development of enterprise , talents training is one of the key factors of success for enterprise to improve the core competitive capacity and success. Training effect evaluation is a key link of enterprise training system , although there are a lot of effect evaluation methods , but the method has a lot of problems in the real operation , and the method does not play the role of effectiveness evaluation .Therefore, it is very important to study employee training project evaluation in the enterprise , make the enterprise training effectiveness evaluation system develop sciencely, realistic significance is very important .In view of g training program effect evaluation exists the characteristics of fuzziness and the randomness ,we build the two evaluation index in the basis of evaluation indexes which covers training effectiveness evaluation, go to Inner Mongolia conversion enterprise to collect related data of staff training project,then analyze and arrange it. We identify the weight of index with the AHP method, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the effects of Inner Mongolia conversion enterprise staff training project effect .This paper approaches the effects of training method of quantitative solving algorithm ,improve the objectivity and scientific of the evaluation result ,it provide the reference for improving training work at the clear goal targeted , it has certain practical value...
