With the rapid development of the economy and the change of the environment, the staff of the enterprise need value the innovation of the ways of work and update their knowledge, so they can make the enterprise full of vitality and in an impregnable position. Training is the significant way to improve it. Training activities is the important way of continuous increment of enterprise human resources in the enterprise. Training can cultivate employees’ shared values, promote the skills of the employee, improve and develop the work performance of the employee, change the work method of the staff, and shape the harmonious working atmosphere and so on. These effects have greatly promoted the development of the enterprise. Therefore, the enterprise give more and more attention to training, and training is also gradually becoming an important method to promote their competitiveness.As the significant part of the enterprise, middle managers lead the development of the enterprise mission, master the pulse of the development of the enterprise. With the rapid economy growth, enterprises are faced with the complex and volatile environment, so middle managers should update the idea, improve the management level. Facing such situation, training becomes more significant for middle managers. Therefore, training for the enterprise management personnel, especially for the middle managers, so that they can learn new knowledge, accept new ideas, and update their working ways, promote their work performance. By these ways, the enterprise can improve the management process, and can increase the competition.There are many parts in the training system, for example the preparation before the training, the training activities and the evaluation of the training. As the last link in the whole training system, evaluation is an integral part of the training system. It is not a complete training of enterprise if it loses the part of evaluation. Evaluation can manifest the influence of their work after training more clearly. We can discover the advantages and disadvantages of training from evaluation. Also evaluation can provide experience and reference for the following training activities.This thesis is aimed at this problem, select the enterprise middle managers as the research object. I use the pattern of KPI, I summary the training effectiveness evaluation index system, analysis the responsibility description of the middle managers, and interview the specialists in the field of human resource management, then carry on the empirical research to the enterprise middle managers, trying to construct the training effectiveness evaluation index system for the enterprise middle managers. Then, through the pattern of Analytic Hierarchy Process, I set the weight for the two level and five categories of index system to enhance the practicability and maneuverability of the index system and form a complete training effectiveness evaluation index system for the enterprise middle managers. Combining with the documentation of W company, I use the method of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to discusses how to apply the index system in practice. Finally, I summarize the results of the research, and point out the shortcoming of my article. At the same time, I give my suggestion and prospect for future research work.
