Training effect evaluation is a key point of business training.But till now, there has been lack of research on training effect evaluation both in theory and practice.The training effect is lag and indirect and can not be reflected in a short period.How to evaluate the training effect has been an important research field in human resource management.In this paper,several model and method include Kirkpatrick evaluation model,CIPP model etc.was studied.The recent situation on the training effect evaluation in Chinese enterprise was also been analyzed.Based on the above research,the evaluation system on training effect adapt to Chinese enterprise was set up.And the principle to establish the operation index in result evaluation according to the certain operation condition and training program was introduced.In addition,authority distribution and evaluation method of each index was been studied.The factors influenced the training effect evaluation was analyzed particularly and the quality ensuring system for carrying out training effect evaluation effectively was conceived.
