Study On Problems Occurringing In Development Of Hubei Agricultural Economy

The agricultural economy in Hubei Province obtained a rapid and sustainable increase in 2005, based on many finished measurements such as the deepened agricultural reformations, such as complete duration of agricultural tax, construction of sunlight projects, employment and transferring of rural labour forces and policies for lowest food price protection and direct allowance. However, there still remain many problems and limiting factors, which have an influence on the healthily sustainable development of agricultural economy of Hubei Province. In this paper, the indispensability of agricultural economic development was demonstrated with the theory and fact of country. Combined with the facts, the oriented policies for agriculture protection and aim for prospering agriculture through science and technology measurements are analyzed in developing. The existed problems and its reasons at current are discussed, suggesting that the mechanisms of agricultural development should be optimized.
