Nowadays, the problems about the internal management are becoming the primary reason why many E-Business enterprises stay stagnant or keep in bloom only for a short while. In order to tackle the intense competing pressure, it has become the only way to improve internal efficiency for the survival and development of E-Business enterprises. Performance evaluation is a most important component for modern business management. It is significant to introduce the performance evaluation technique to the E-Business enterprise management and build a series of scientific and reasonable evaluation system that is suitable for E-business enterprises. It helps the enterprise find out problems timely in their management, and so make efficacious stimulating policies and foster core competitiveness so as to improve the management efficiency. In view of the diversity of E-business enterprises, we will only take B2C (Business to Customer) enterprises as an example for study. The article firstly makes an elaboration of the relative theories about performance evaluation and then describes the definition and trade features of B2C, analyzes the key factors to make success and makes a comprehensive study of core competitiveness of B2C. Based on these, an index system of performance evaluation is established by employing the method of Balanced Score Card. After that, the thesis describes the procedure to evaluate the chosen indexes comprehensively via Gray Conjunction Evaluation Model. Finally, we take M company as a sample for demonstration...
