Performance is the comprehensive of operating efficiency and financial income in a certain operating period of the enterprise, the level of performance directly determines the market competitiveness of the enterprise, and is a measure of the value of the lifeline of the enterprise. As makers and supervisors of the strategic decision, entrepreneurs realize high growth of enterprise performance, through coordinating the advantages of multi-platform resources. Social capital of the entrepreneurs wins the resources for the enterprise not only in the market environment, but also through realizing of the harmony of the non-market environment, improve the important influence on enterprise performance. Previous studies have focused on the relationship between social capital and firm performance, and the discussion on the mechanism of action is focused on the aspects of competitive decision making, dynamic capability, absorptive capacity, organizational learning, institutional environment, industrial cluster and so on. However, the current research mainly focuses on the factor analysis of the market competition strategy, the research on the non-market strategy is less, and the content is scattered in a separate discussion of government relations, the value of social responsibility and other factors. Therefore, starting from the perspective of nonmarket strategy, systematically analysis social capital and the influence mechanism between enterprise performance and non-market strategy, not only adapt to development demands in interactive process of non-market factors such as the government, the media, and the public under China’s national conditions, but also enrich and expand research content in the area of social capital, enterprise performance and so on.This article firstly reviews the relevant theories and studies of the entrepreneurs’ social capital, enterprise non-market strategy and enterprises’ performance; what’s more, making assumptions according to the relationship between variables; moreover, design the questionnaire and make data processing according to the content and theme of the study;finally, establish the structural equation model, and use the software of SPSS and AMOSS for empirical analysis. The research results show that: the horizontal relationship network and social network of entrepreneurs will affect the implementation of non-market strategy, the vertical relationship between entrepreneurs and non-market strategy is not significantly related; non-market strategy is positively related to firm performance, and the implementation of non-market strategy can promote the improvement of enterprise performance;Entrepreneurs play part intermediary role between the entrepreneur’s social network and enterprise performance, play full intermediary role between the entrepreneur horizontalrelationship network and firm performance, and don’t play an intermediary role for vertical network.
