This paper centers on environmental responsibility question to launch the research, using stakeholders theory,corporate responses theory and corporate performanc theory, have constructed a research model which is stress-response-performance,proposed three research hypothesis that are environmental responsibility stress has positive Correlation influence to environmental management response countermeasure, environmental management response countermeasure has positive Correlation influence to corporate performance,similarly environmental responsibility stress has positive correlation influence to corporate performanc.Through the questionnaire to Food Processing Corporates in Wu Han,using frequency,factor,descriptive statistics,SEM and logistic regression to investigat the datas,then get the following main conclusions:First,social environmental stresses taked corporate faces to three environmental responsibility stresses,as internal stress,direct economical stress and indirect social stress;under the environmental stress,corporate must to adjust strategy,create organizational structure,increase staff together realize and establish green management system;corporate economical stress and environmental management response countermeasure have obviously influence to corporate wealth performance,internal movement performance and sustainable development performance. Second,in the environmental responsibility stress,direct economical sterss has obviously positive correlation influence to corporate environmental management response countermeasure,other stersses are not remarkable.In the environmental management response countermeasure,the green management system has obviously negative correlation influence to corporate wealth performance,has obviously positive correlation influence to internal movement performance and sustainable development performance. Third,internal stress and direct economical stress all have obviously positive correlation influence to corporate perfoemance.Fourth,staff sex,age,duty,corporate occupation and corporate stage have obviously influence to internal stress;duty,corporate scale and corporate age have obviously influence to direct economical stress;education and corporate occupation have obviously influence to green management system.Finally,according to the conclusion to propose some suggested:(1) Enhance the environment request of social group to corporate,especially strengthen the government the function.(2) Increase the understanding leve of social to corporate and corporate itself,promote the environment management system to perfect unceasingly and healthly-quickly development.(3) Pay attention to bring up the environmental responsibility of privately corporate.(4) Raises all the people's environmental protection consciousness,speeds up the step of trend to "economical society".
