The education and training industry is developing very rapidly in China.It has a huge market share in a very short period of time,and its development prospects are very impressive.In addition,as the trend of globalization continues to strengthen,the links between China and the world are becoming more and more close.Studying abroad has become a very hot trend,which has attracted many foreign-funded training institutions to invest in China or directly in China.The division develops with many domestic institutions.Overall,although the education and training market is large in scale,its development speed is not as good as it used to be.Although the state has formulated relevant policies to help the education and training industry to develop,there are still many small training institutions that have serious problems such as insufficient teacher resources and lack of funds.At present,more scholars have begun to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance.From the research results in recent years,it is found that the research on the relationship between the three is based on the education and training of employees.Work experience,it is necessary to discuss the relationship between work stress,job satisfaction and job performance of employees in education and training.Reducing the work pressure of employees and enhancing the work well-being of employees can greatly reduce the turnover rate of employees.The research mainly explores the relationship between employee work stress,job satisfaction and job performance.Based on the research results of Shanghai Mickey Technology Education and Training Company,the work pressure and job satisfaction are built on the basis of the current research results.The research model of job performance,using spss18.0 data analysis software to analyze the data of this survey,verified the research hypothesis,and concluded the following conclusions:(1)Work stress can be divided into benign work pressure and Inferior work pressure.(2)There is a clear correlation between work stress and job satisfaction.The three dimensions of inferior work stress and job satisfaction showed a significant negative correlation,and the three dimensions of benign work stress and job satisfaction showed a significant positive correlation;(3)There was a significant correlation between work stress and job performance.There are obvious positive correlations between benign work stress and job performance.The inferior work stress has a significant negative correlation with the three dimensions of work performance.(4)There is a clear correlation between job satisfaction and job performance.There are obvious positive influences on the dimensions of job satisfaction and work performance.(5)Job satisfaction plays a part in mediating the influence of work stress on job performance.Explain that work stress will affect the job satisfaction of employees,which will affect the performance of employees.Based on the research conclusions,this study is aimed at the actual situation of Shanghai McKee Technology Education and Training Company,and gives some highly feasible improvement suggestions,hoping to help the company to move forward better.
