The thesis mainly deals with the analysis of the current situation ,the role and the elisting problems of comunication in human resources management, and then specific strategies to solve the existing problems are proposed.Firstly, The role that communication plays in human resources management is explored.In the enterprise human resources management, communication is the key element that can lubricate interpersonal relationship and enhance the administration effectively.Secondly,after elaborate analysis,we hold that communication can have direct influence on the stimulation,the leadership promotion,the conflict resolution and innovation in the enterprise human resources management.Thirdly,after summarizing the specific problems of communication,applying the communicative theory to the practice and analyzing the problems under discussion thoroughly,the solution strategies are put forword in light of the four aspects of communicative characteristics skill,system and enviroment,and culture.To solve the problems of communication and establish the active communicative culture in human resources management can not be done in a hasty way.And there are also no fixed ways in actual manipulatives process.In this thesis,the author analyzes the characteristics of human resources management from the perspective of communication,and proposes the solution strategies to improve communication in human resources management in terms of the administrator's putting much more emphasis on communication,formulating communicative mechanism,improving communicative skill and integrating communicative channel.
