The goal of "made in China 2025" has further promoted the process of manufacturing transformation and upgrading.Under the new situation that the information technology progress is widely used in every link of manufacturing and management,whether it can adapt to the change of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,improve the communication efficiency of human resources management,improve the communication effect of human resources management,and directly affect the formation of the core competitiveness of the enterprise.In order to meet the new requirements of manufacturing human resource management in the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,based on the theory of three pillars of management communication skills and human resources,the management communication and personnel quality improvement of manufacturing industry are deeply considered from the perspective of management subject and management object.Firstly,Through literature research and expert discussion,21 factor hypotheses are put forward from three aspects: human resource person,technical personnel,communication channel and communication atmosphere.Through questionnaire survey and principal component factor analysis,a two-view human resource management communication model including 5 dimensions and 20 elements is constructed.Secondly,according to the two-angle human resource management communication model,Heilongjiang manufacturing enterprises are determined Finally,aiming at the existing communication problems of human resource management in some manufacturing enterprises,the author puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the communication of human resource management in Heilongjiang manufacturing enterprises from three angles: the breakthrough of management role,employee selfmanagement and enterprise information construction.The results show that :(1)The transformation and upgrading of manufacturing brings new challenges to human resource management and promotes people Human resource managers should be strategic partners,business supporters and personnel administrative experts,so that the human resources planning can support the enterprise strategy,the formation of technicalknowledge can understand theneeds of employees,professional management can serve the development of enterprises;(2)based on enterprise information to build a platform for selfdevelopment of employees,promote self-development of employees;through open information,staff training to promote the formation of staff awareness of change;To establish a correct view of communication through employee care is helpful to improve the enthusiasm and identity of employees to participate in enterprise management,and to facilitate the smooth progress of management communication line;(3)According to the actual situation of the enterprise,the construction of a safe and reliable enterprise management communication system,and the improvement of the staff's information application ability will help the enterprise information means to improve the level of management communication.
