The Establishment And Perfection Of The System Of Rural Social Security Of Taian City

The establishment and perfection of the system of social security is an important part of the economic reform and a key factor to the development and stability of China. Though the rural social security is an important part of the social security, it has being on the edge of the whole social security. With the deepening of the rural reform and the developing of economy, especially the minimizing of rural family structure and the aging of population, it is urgent to establish and perfect the system of rural social security.The conclusions of this essay are:(1) through the analyzes of the rural social security systems of some typical countries and areas, we can draw inspirations that fair social policy should be made in establishing rural social security system, multiple-leveled and classifications of rural social endowment insurance system should be established, and also government should take on more responsibility in building rural social security system.(2) Taian's rural social security system has been preliminarily established and has played certain roles in guaranteeing farmers' basic living rights and maintaining social stable; but there are still some problems to be solved. In this essay, I give some suggestions on the perfection of Taian's rural social security system and put forward that government's responsibility should be strengthened in the establishment and construction of the new system of rural social security system so as to be adapted to the development of productivity and the structure of economy.
