The research on the economic international strategy of Dongying economic is the requirements of the market economy development, of the economic globalization development trend and of the current level of understanding. Through studies, it is benefit to further improve our knowledge and change our concepts, to seek ways to develop the international economic in Dongying, to definite and clarify the connotation of the economical internationalization and its strategy, to clarify the relationships between economical internationalization and economic integration and between the economical internationalization and economic globalization and to further study the existed coordination problems between the "coming in" and "going out" when Dongying government drew up the economic internalization strategy. Trough analyzed the status quo of implementing economic international strategy in Dongying, it is well to know that firstly agriculture, animal husbandry, fishery industrialization has yet to take shape, secondly a regional dominant industries has yet to be created because of low product technology content, low product added-value, short of competitive power in the international market, no Pillar industry, short of multi-level production collaboration and low product development capacity, thirdly Trade and Service Industry lack the powerful enterprises to have the ability to develop its market; fourthly the social and economic environment to be favor of the economic internalization has yet to be formed; finally it doesn't integrate the local feature when implementing the economic international strategy. On the basis of the further studying Dongying's reality and analyzing the above-mentioned problems, the research indicates that it is very necessary to study the economic international strategy to Dongying, especially in recent years, with all areas around the country speeding up their economic internationalization, it becomes to be extremely urgent. Each area and city has its own features and reality, so it is not efficient to study others' experience simply or copy others' things, even more it will play a negative effect if used improperly. This paper proposes to change the economic managers' concepts and their knowledge to the economic international strategy in the city, to establish a number of dominant industries, to draw up the practical "going out" strategy, to enhance the international competitiveness of the economy to build a platform for the international economy, to completely utilize the advantages of the Shengli Oil Field to promote regional economic internationalization, to implement the practical strategies of "oil to a win-win" and to enhance the environment construction to solid the base of the economic international strategy to implement the economic international strategy in Dongying.The trend of economic globalization is the product of the development of the world economic and technology. Meanwhile it brings the developing opportunity to all over the world, it brings the severe challenges. The aim of this paper is to formulate the proper guiding principle of economic international strategy to develop Dongying's economic, to seek the ways to develop Dongying economic international strategy, to create a well economic environment to be beneficial of importing and exporting, to make Dongying's economic fast, high efficient and sustainable developing, and to offer reference and criterion to the municipal government to formulate the city development plan, through ingoing studying the status of Dongying.
