Study On Consolidation Models Of The Village Land Area In Baitu-tan Town Of Liling City

The village is a cluster where people live and produce. It is a basis form of countryside land-use. Since the majority of villages in China lack of unified planning for the building for a long time, village land is spontaneous state, as a result, confusion in the layout of villages and rural settlements in an area larger proportion, extensive land use and waste. With the rapid development of economic and urbanization process in China, the total amount of constructive land is increasing rapidly, resulting in sharp decline. Even large population, small cultivated land per capita and short of reserve resource of cultivated land in our country. At present, the problem of rural land use make the China face with austere situation:on the one hand, speeding economic development and urban sprawl need more and more cultivated land; on the other hand, from the perspective of food security, cultivated land status quo can't be converted to other land use types any more. Hence village land consolidation that is potential mining of pattern scattered and extensively used rural residential area is a inevitable choice that solve this problem.This article chooses subject in Baitu-tan, Firstly, the author analyses the current status for the village land, and further figure out current problems and create reasons and potentials. Secondly, by studying the experience of other villages readjustment, theoretical guidance of the layout, geography of rural settlement and so on, according to actual situation of villages in Baitu-tan Town, analyzing the map of present land use, arising available models for this project, choosing the implementation of experiment in Quanyuan village, then the author analyze the feasibility of models. Finally, to guarantee this project would be carried out successfully, it analyzes factors that hinder the project and states corresponding proposals.
