Research On The Process For Enterprise Strategy Execution Based On The Balanced Scorecard

With the integration of global economy, the development of information technology and knowledge plays more and more important roles in economy, the Balanced Scorecard is proposed and develops rapidly. After more than 10 years, the research of the Balanced Scorecard has been become more mature and in-depth in Europe and the United States. Meanwhile, it was continuously enriched and improved in the process of the application for many companies. And then more and more companies regard it as a tool for enterprise strategy execution and have achieved remarkable results, that is, the Balanced Scorecard has became the most effective tool for management. Furthermore, with the development of China's economic, enterprise strategy execution of China's organization becomes outstanding. The managers are absorbing and learning all kinds of advanced management knowledge, with the expectation in an invincible position in the market competition of the domestic and foreign.This paper is aim to discuss how to build a process for enterprise strategy execution based on the Balanced Scorecard. Firstly, the problem of this paper is reminded from studying the literatures. Secondly, it gives an idea which uses the Balanced Scorecard to build a process for enterprise strategy execution through focusing on analysis of the applied obstacles of the Balanced Scorecard in China. Then, the chapter 3 builds the process for enterprise strategy execution based on the Balanced Scorecard with the Strategy Map and the Balanced Scorecard through five steps from strategy preparation, strategy description, strategy match, strategy operation to strategy control. Finally, this paper displays an application for the process in YH. We expect some conclusions of this paper to provide some references for other enterprises.
