Driven by both national policies and technological development,the security industry has been developing rapidly for several years.In 2016,the total output value of China's security projects reached 310 billion yuan,which is an increase of 13.5%compared with the same period last year.And the number of enterprises reached more than 15,000,employing more than 800,000 people.And the security industry is widely regarded as a sunrise industry.At the same time,rapid development triggered fierce competition.According to the security industry association,in 2016,more than 1,000 enterprises quitted the security engineering industry,and the average profit margin of security projects fell from 50%-60%in 2015 to 20%-40%.This article argues that in front of unprecedented opportunities and challenges,security engineering enterprises could strengthen the management of strategy execution,and improve enterprise management and market competitiveness by building strategic execution system based on balanced scorecard.First of all,this study sorts out the theoretical literature of balanced scorecard and strategic execution system,extracts the core ideas,and draws the combination points of the two theories.Then,this article points out the key factors in market competition by analyzing the market environment and industry characteristics.Secondly,this study introduces the operation status and strategic objectives of JY company,investigates and analyzes JY Company's strategic execution capability.Thirdly,focusing on JY Company's strategic objective,the author established strategic consensus through the strategic map and the annual key index system,then used a fishbone diagram to break down the strategic target to every level and position.This study developed working plans for both corporate and department level meanwhile matching and testing it in terms of budget and business capability,and controlled the strategic execution and rectifies deviations timely through the strategic review system and performance assessment system.Finally,successfully constructed the strategic execution system based on balanced scorecard,and worked out guarantee measures from culture,organization,institution,and resource the five aspects,to ensure that the strategic execution system run smoothly.In the end,get the following three conclusions through the efficiency of JY company's strategy implementation system in the past year:?The strategic execution based on balanced scorecard can effectively improve the enterprise's strategic execution and help enterprises to achieve strategic goals;?The balanced scorecard can reduce the difficulty of operation by reducing the key index system,so as to better adapt to the management capability of middle and small-sized enterprises.? Those indicators which are related to clients in the balanced scorecard can effectively improve employees' customer consciousness and improve customer satisfaction.By implementing strategic execution system based on balanced scorecard,JY Company has improved its capability on managing strategic execution and its marketing competitiveness.The experience provides the other enterprises a new research direction on strategic execution management,a systematic method to realize the strategic target and a reference on using balanced scorecard.
