The Balanced Scorecard,one of the strategy management tools,is used to design the strategy,implement and manage the strategy.It has been widely used both at domestic and abroad.The Balanced Scorecard has brought the breakthrough results to the domestic excellent enterprise since it was introduced into China in 1996.This paper applies the results of the best research and practice on the theory and strategy implementation of the Balanced Scorecard,absorbs the successful experience of the outstanding enterprises both at home and abroad on the application of it,and does the empirical study on the SK Group,trying to construct a strategy implementation system of the Balanced Scorecard suitable to the SK Group itself to improve the strategy management level,the strategy implementation effectiveness and the strategy competitiveness.After almost twenty years of development,SK Group is in the key point of the scale expansion.It is a very important stage for SK Group to grasp the opportunity.Ensure the realization of five-year strategic goal,which is vital for the choice of strategic management tools.The core of the study in this paper is to discuss the present situation of the strategy and existing problems of SK Group at first,integrate and refine the Balanced Scorecard and the classic theory application thought on strategic implementation,and then list typical strategic indicators of the SK Group to do the quantitative analysis,develop the four dimensions of scorecard model on the basis of group,department and staff.Finally,do the test on the credibility assessment of scorecard application and strategy implementation results to ensure the operability of the overall strategy execution system.This study will help us understand group enterprises in the implementation of the balanced scorecard to build strategic execution system necessity of the internal key factors and external in the environmental conditions of competition in the industry "strategic balance" problem,from the corporate governance structure,internal risk control,strategic human resource management,information management system of the IT system under the different perspectives of the balanced scorecard application system such as research,trying to design a scorecard frame model,strategy implementation system theory to solve the problem of group enterprises are faced with the strategic execution,and provide reference and guidance of direction.On the other hand,this research can innovate and expand the research on the practice of balanced scorecard.
