Research About The Rules Of The Game Based On The Land Requisition Compensation Effectiveness Of Land Requisition Process

This paper first analyzes the properties of land to pave the way for the existence of a conflict of interest to urban construction land requisition compensation.Then,through the formation of a conflict of interest forms and the process,it explores the root causes of conflict of interest and seeks potential game rules.Based on the effectiveness of the land requisition compensation with the levy Game between the interests of both sides,the process of land requisition from both sides was aimed primarily at the local land requisition compensation(in utility measurement) and the contract start with the following aspects of the analysis:the process of land requisition by both sides which exist in this Game;the interests of their relations;decision-making criteria or conditions in the process of the two sides Game.Based on the "land compensation rules of the game" theoretical derivation,this paper uses the cases in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing Yangjiaping Crane Hing Road reconstruction project in the Old City section.During the empirical analysis of cases,this paper shows the land compensation rules of the game and further explore practical.
