The Role Of Sci-technological Intermediary Agents In Shanxi Region Innovation System

As one kind of marketing intermediary agents, sci-technological intermediary agents are acting as a bridge between main bodies participating in technological innovation, employing the sources such as knowledge, talented persons, funds and information. Sci-technological intermediary agents have played an significant role in pushing the functional transformation of government, effective distribution of technological innovation sources, accelerating translation of production capability into production capability, boosting the wholly innovative capability in China, and pushing strategic adjustment of economic structure.Considering that sci-technological intermediary agents are indispensable part of region innovation system, the dissertation aims to put the sci-technological intermediary agent in the context of region innovation system, and to discuss the role shanxi sci-technological intermediary agent are playing.First, the dissertation defines the concept of sci-technological intermediary agents as well as the concept of region innovation system. On the basis, the function and status of sci-technological intermediary agents are discussed, as well as the determining background factors. Second, it analyzes the developing state of sci-technological intermediary agents, the problems that condition their development. Thus development considerations are put forward, emphasizing two main tasks that need handle, that are (1) pushing mastery of patents and standards, promoting capability; (2) sci-technological intermediary agents become a driving force to make sure that industrial structure be updated. Finally, suggestions are proposed of building up sci-technological intermediary system, that is a networking system, including self-employment service system, technological marketing system, and small and medium-sized enterprise oriented innovation system.
