Heyuan City,yidu Town To The Contracted Management Of Rural Land Circulation Problem Research

With the rapid development of China's rural economy and the deepening of land reform,China's rural land contract management system has shown that more and more countries are not suited to the development of rural economy.The transfer of rural land contractual management rights has become an urgent problem to be solved in today's agricultural development which is affecting the family income and the quality of life of hundreds of thousands of peasants.Based on the current situation of rural land contractual management right circulation in Yidu town of Heyuan city,this paper analyzed the existing problems in the land circulation and found out the reasons,and put forward some suggestions to improve the transfer of rural land contractual management right in Yidu Town.Take Yidu Town of Heyuan City as an example,aimed to provide decision reference for the adjustment of land circulation policy in all towns of Heyuan City.The paper is composed of six chapters,which mainly expounded the factual problems of the main features of land circulation in the town,such as the shortage of rural labors,the high dependency of family income on farmland,the non-standardization of land transfer and the circulation Low proportion and the lack of willingness of farmers to transfer their land.The paper analyzed emphatically the problems existing in the circulation of land in Yidu Town and the corresponding reasons,mainly from the aspects of farmer dependence on land,low cultural quality of farmers and inadequate publicity of policies,and finally put forward measures to promote the circulation of rural land contractual management right in Yidu town and put forward feasible countermeasures and solution from changing peasants' awareness of land transfer,strengthening management,improving management service institutions to perfecting rural social security system.
