MRP entered China in 1980s. After paid a fee of 800 million, China began to recognize the importance of scientific management in the environment of market-oriented economy. Ever since then, many enterprises were confused whether to use a ERP system or not. It was really a Prisoner's Dilemma to the enterprises at that time. They did want the help of ERP to get out of the difficult position they were facing, but on sight of the much greater failure of many other enterprises after using ERP, they hesitated.Through the analysis of the process of carrying out an ERP and my experience in the field of ERP Consulting, this article is going to elaborate some points that our modern enterprises will run into, including ERP philosophy, the relationship of management of an enterprise and the human factor in usage and management. This article tells the process analysis of the carry out of ERP in SZ CO. Discussing the influence of human effects in the procedure and comparison between domestic and foreign companies in the field of the module of enterprise management and manufacturing procedure, this article aims to discuss the factor of enterprise procedure in the process of carrying out of ERP in domestic enterprises. At the same time, promoting suggestions of evolution in the procedure of enterprise process.Hoping provide some materials to those researchers who are promoting the usage of ERP in the enterprises, in the field of ERP consulting.
