Research On The Assessment, Early-Warning And Pre-Control Of The Process Innovation Risk

Along with the development tenor of global science and technology, innovation has become the main source by which the enterprises create competition advantages. As a part of the technological innovation, the process innovation is one of the main competition resources in enterprises. But because of enterprise's internal and external change of environment, process innovation behavior brings the risk to enterprise. So the research on the risk of process innovation seems a particularly important thing and it is significant to study the assessment and early warning control of process innovation risk. This thesis was just launched around this key problem.Based on the theory and methodology of Risk Management, Quality Management and Project Management, on the integrated Decision Theory, System Theory and Risk Theory, by means of System Dynamics and Fuzzy Mathematics and so on, this thesis focuses on process innovation risks, and systematic analyzes process innovation's features and identifies. In addition, it studies on risk assessment, risk forecast and risk control of the process innovation.Here are the focuses of this research:The paper introduces the reasons of choosing this topic and summarizes related theories on process innovation, risk management and technological innovation. Then, it introduces the research route and structure of the paper.This paper makes systematic definitions of process innovation risk concept, characteristic and classification. Afterwards, it studies on risks factor identification and System Dynamics Analysis in these risks factors. Then, three principles of process innovation risks are put forward, including Priming Principle, Transfer Principle and Interaction Principle of the process innovation risks. Additional, it emphasizes the inter-restriction and logical relationship between the different parts in the system.Centered on the distinctiveness of process innovation risk, this paper, for the first time, puts forward a risk assessment based on the FMEA method. Then, the system of process innovation risks assessment is established, including the organize system, content system and institutional system.This paper proposes the risk forecast principles of process innovation on the basis of the process innovation characteristic, expounds the risk forecast method of the process innovation and build the early warning control system of the process innovation risk.The last part carries out an empirical analysis on the process innovation risk in an automobile manufacture enterprise. Base on the process innovation risk status of this enterprise, the theories and methodologies proposed in this thesis are verified. Finally, the risk management system of process innovation is constructed.The main innovation points of this thesis involve: It made systematic definitions of process innovation risk concept, and put forward three principles of process innovation risks; besides it established the system of process innovation risks assessment and the early warning control system of the process innovation risk.
