Study On The Strategy For The Construction Of A New Relationship Between Chongqing Bank And Enterprises

With the transition from traditional planned economy to market economy, banks and companies have become the most important departments in China. The relationship between banks and companies not only affect the performance of them, also have a great affect on the development of national economy. Therefore it's necessary to study the relationship between banks and companies. In this paper, the relationship and problems between banks and enterprises are analyzed based on a system of economics, management theory, in addition the construction for the relationship between Chongqing bank and companies is put force. The follows are the main content of this paper:Chapter 1st introduces the background of the assignment, current achivements in this field, the research objectives and ideas.Chapter 2nd analyzes the theories for the relationship between banks and the theory and some practical models. According to the Coase's theory for the characteristics of business, Williamson transaction costs theory, as well as the organizational economics and quasi-organization theory, the relationship between banks and companies is explored, meanwhile, typical models of the realationship between banks and companies in the west is analyzed. Comparing the three different models and their causes, the successful experiences can be concluded, which offers reference for the reconstruction of the relationship between banks and companies in China.Chapter 3rd firstly analyzes the development of the relationship between banks and companies in China. Then cause for current relationship between banks and companies, specially the current operating environment of China's commercial banks is discussed, which forms the base of construction of new relartionship between banks and companies. In addition, a practical research on the problems and development of the relationship between banks and companies is carried out. According to the characteristics of the relationship between domestic banks and enterprises, a new relayionship between banks and companies based on equity is put forwarded.Chapter 5th mainly presents the strategy for the implemention of the new relationship between the banks and companies for Chongqing bank.As a developing country with emerging market economy, to achive a rapid economic growth and optimization of industrial structure, China must learn lessons from modern western developed capital countries and combine the specific conditions in China, in this case problems in the relationship between the banks and companies can be solved, the reformation for the relationship between banks anc companies can be carried out. The reason for the reconstruction of the relationship between banks and companies in China is the unperfect mechanism and serious asymmetry between banks and companies. So integration, integration of the quasi-organization model is not only a market economy in line with the requirements of development, but alse a lasting relationship between the bank and companies.
