Only the fittest can survive! This rule exists not only in nature, but also in real estate enterprise. The first and second class real estate enterprises in China are big and have sufficient capital, while the fourth class, thought not having enough fund, is close to end customers and has good networking, which presumably lowers their costs. Existence in between is the crucial third class real estate enterprises. They are already hard to survive because of the pressure during the recent reorganization in the real estate enterprises. The recent control of land and capital by national polices, however, further push the real estate enterprises in difficulty. For big enterprises such as the first and second classes, this may be a hard time but they can survive. For small enterprises such as the third private real estate enterprises, however, they may be eliminated in competition unless they start now to find their strength and form their own characteristics.Therefore, I studied the housing market competition strategy of the third class private real estate enterprise in China in this thesis. Firstly, I introduced the competition strategy theory, the necessity of the continually national development of the third class private real estate enterprise in China, the relations about the third class private real estate enterprise and the economical development in China, the importance of to studied the third class private real estate enterprise in China and so on. Secondly, I proposed a set of practical strategies for a third real estate enterprise according to analyzing inner and outer aspects of the third class private real estate enterprise in the housing market with the SWOT analytic method, and then I appraised the strategies with the Balanced Score Card. Finally, I proposed a successful case to show the strategies is correct!...
