The Study On Economically Affordable Housing Policy

Economically affordable housing (EAH) policy is an important part in our country housing social security, from the time of starting, it has played a important role regardless of to solve mid and low earning social stratum accommodation in the cities, to hold down the home price excessively quickly rising, as well as deepen the housing system reformation and so on. In recent years, the problems appearing in EAH are getting prominent national concern. These problems contrary to the original direction of the EAH policy incur bad social impacts.Taking the EAH policy as the study object, this thesis firstly expounds the definitions,characteristics, then expounds the economics and legal theory basis of the EAH policy. According to the housing supplies,the housing consume,housing finance in overseas housing public policy, we can conclude some referential experience. After introducing the development and the current situation of EHA policy in China, this thesis analyzes the four important problems existing in the EHA, and provides five suggestions.
